Habitual drug offender from Niles sentenced to prison

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – A 2023 drug investigation by the Trumbull Action Group (TAG) has resulted in a prison sentence for a Niles woman.

Julie Davis, 38, was sentenced to a total of 54 months in prison after pleading guilty to 16 charges involving trafficking in various drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs and one charge of possessing weapons while under disability, said the Trumbull. Provincial Attorney’s Office.

Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Cynthia W. Rice said probation was not an option for Davis because of her history of eight drug and theft convictions.
